Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, REST APIs, state management, and UI/UX implementation. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces.
  • Implement efficient state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar frameworks.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and business logic.
  • Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Stay updated with Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in Flutter application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, and navigation.
  • Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and API integration.
  • Experience integrating Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
  • Familiarity with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
  • Understanding of MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS application lifecycle.
  • Understanding of app security and performance optimization.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with payment gateway integrations.
  • Experience with Google Maps, location services, and push notifications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • Experience with dependency injection.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
  • Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
